Submitting this application does not create a retailer account, guarantee acceptance, reserve territory or constitute a binding offer. Approval is at Oceanides’ discretion and may depend on market coverage, channel positioning, brand fit and operational requirements. Product availability, wholesale prices, recommended retail prices, minimum orders, taxes, payment terms, shipping, returns, use of brand assets, online marketplace restrictions and any territorial or exclusivity arrangements are subject to the written terms confirmed for the approved account. Do not place or advertise Oceanides products until authorisation has been provided in writing.

BEFORE WE WORK TOGETHER
WHO CAN APPLY TO BECOME A RETAILER?
Established physical, online and multichannel retailers may apply. We assess each business individually, considering its concept, channels, market, customers and brand fit.
IS THERE A MINIMUM OPENING ORDER?
Any opening-order requirement depends on the market, collection and current commercial terms. The applicable minimum will be communicated during the review process.
DOES APPLYING GUARANTEE APPROVAL?
No. An application is an expression of interest only. A retailer account exists only after Oceanides provides written approval and the applicable terms are accepted.
CAN I SELL OCEANIDES ON ONLINE MARKETPLACES?
Sales channels must be disclosed and approved. Marketplace sales or additional third-party channels may be restricted under the retailer terms and must not begin without written authorisation.
IS TERRITORIAL EXCLUSIVITY AVAILABLE?
No exclusivity is implied by applying or opening an account. Any territorial arrangement would require a separate written agreement signed by Oceanides.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?
Our team reviews the information provided. If there is a potential fit, we will contact you to request further details or discuss collection, pricing and commercial conditions.
HOW ARE ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS MANAGED?
Payment, shipping, delivery, claims, defective products and commercial returns are governed by the wholesale terms supplied to an approved retailer before ordering.
